Estate Planning
As Aristotle quoted:
"To give away money is an easy matter and in any man's power. But to decide to whom to give it, and how large, and when, and for what purpose and how, is neither in every man's power nor an easy matter."
Estate planning addresses how to provide for yourself, your family and the charitable causes that are important to you right now — in a meaningful way. It also involves providing for retirement, possible mental or physical incapacity— and providing for your family and continuing your philanthropic legacy after your death.
Clients’ priorities typically fall in this order:
- Everyone’s primary concern is can I live the way I want to live for the rest of my life.
- Is the Family Ok? If I’m no longer here is the Family going to be all right?
- Most people don’t care to make their families rich, but they want to make sure they are not poor.
- Lastly, what can I do for my community whether it’s the church or any other charitable group they have been involved with?
